Fruit from Heaven天の果実
A group piece presented at the Kazuo Ohno's Modern Dance Group Recital held in November 1953. According to the program (PNT62 in this archive), the piece “depicts the disjunction between a spirit of the apple—who knows nothing of the conventions of the human world—and humans, by introducing the apple spirit into the human world and, in turn, placing humans within the world of apples.” Although not a stage photograph, an image of the work survives.
